Prior to joining Partners Trust, Horacio was the President of powerhouse NYC firm Douglas Elliman’s New Development units in California and Florida and was responsible for growing the business from $500 Million to more than $4 Billion. While overseeing the group, he brought in Greenland Group’s Metropolis project, the largest mixed use development on the West Coast. Horacio brings an informed and analytical approach to every deal that is the exception rather than the rule in the industry.

Growing up in a family of builders, Adam developed an affinity for architecture and craftsmanship at an early age. Later, through hard work and determination to break into the business, he parlayed that passion into a successful career with the Iconic Homes LA team.
Adam is responsible for New Markets while working closely with the principals in all phases of marketing and operations. “Adam operates with uncompromising integrity, strict discretion, and dedication and we are proud to bring these strengths into each real estate transaction” said Horacio LeDon.
Adam is avid practitioner of Krav Maga, the Israeli Defense Forces own martial arts discipline.
Growing up New York City and then emigrating to Los Angeles in 2013, Vera is uniquely qualified in her role liaising with our East Coast clientele.

An avid scuba diver with over 80 logged dives, with Borneo being her favorite diving destination, she enjoys reading at the beach and hiking with her Pit Bull named Burma. “Coming from the Soviet Union, I feel very fortunate to be walking in the shoes I am today. I hope to utilize my positive energy into serving my clients” adds Vera.
Hailing from a real estate family with interests in the construction industry, JJ developed an admiration for real estate at a young age. While JJ’s dreams of a professional basketball career in Israel were derailed by a serious knee injury during his senior season, effectively ending his basketball career, he was fortunate to be able to turn to his other passion: real estate. Graduating with honors from Occidental College with a degree in Economics and Philosophy, JJ has concentrated this fervor into residential real estate, with a particular emphasis on the San Fernando Valley, his longtime home.
