Originally from San Juan Capistrano, California, Kailyn has long been fascinated by the ways environments shape human experience and a sense of belonging. Growing up in a town defined by history and character, she developed an early sensitivity to how culture, design, and place influence the way people connect with their surroundings.
She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Visual & Sociocultural Anthropology, where her academic focus deepened her understanding of the built environment as both a cultural and lived experience. Drawn to Los Angeles’s singular architectural landscape - where historic charm and contemporary innovation coexist - Kailyn found a natural convergence of design, architecture, and real estate.
Currently continuing her certification in interior design and architecture at UCLA, Kailyn approaches each space with intention and care, seeking to identify what makes it uniquely suited to the individual. Dedicated to creating a seamless and thoughtful experience, she works alongside a team that shares her commitment to excellence, integrity, and enduring design.
